Help shape the next generation of skilled electricians while advancing one of the region's premier apprenticeship programs. As the Lead Instructor – Electrical, you'll combine your industry expertise with a passion for teaching to prepare apprentices for successful careers, Journeyman licensure, and lifelong success in the electrical trade.

In this role, you'll deliver engaging classroom, lab, and online instruction that blends theory with hands-on application while ensuring curriculum aligns with Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) requirements and industry standards. You'll develop course materials, schedules, and instructional resources; supervise apprentices in lab settings; support student success by connecting learners with appropriate resources; and help expand programming through new certifications, continuing education opportunities, and test preparation courses.
