North Idaho College is seeking a detail-oriented and student-focused professional to join Enrollment Services as an Admissions Specialist. This position plays a vital role in supporting students through the admissions and enrollment process while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of student records and institutional systems.

The Admissions Specialist coordinates and processes admissions applications and documentation, supports selective and international admissions processes, evaluates residency appeals, and maintains accurate records within the college’s ERP and CRM systems. This role collaborates closely with academic departments, Enrollment Services staff, and the business office to support efficient enrollment operations, data integrity, and student success. Responsibilities also include training staff on admissions procedures, maintaining office documentation, supporting institutional enrollment initiatives, and providing exceptional service to students and campus partners.

Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree and two years of full-time equivalent related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Starting pay range: $20.01 - $23.01

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
